Duarte will join the national Red Ribbon Week from October 23 - 31 to promote drug prevention and healthy living. A community kickoff event will be held on Saturday, October 25 at 9 AM at the Duarte Teen Center (1400 Buena Vista Street), featuring red ribbon decorations, family activities, and contests in local schools. The first 100 attendees will receive a free t-shirt and lunch.
