The public is able to stream City Council meetings in real time by visiting the Agendas & Minutes webpage. The City of Duarte also provides the option to view recorded meetings once the video is posted.

Residents may attend meetings in-person. City Council meetings take place at the City Council Chambers (1600 Huntington Drive) every second and fourth Tuesday at 7 PM.
