On November 11, 2025, the Duarte City Council adopted the Duarte 2035 Strategic Plan, a ten year roadmap that will guide City services, programs, and initiatives through 2035. This plan serves as a blueprint to ensure the City's efforts continue to reflect the community's vision, values, and priorities.

The Strategic Plan establishes a shared vision for Duarte's future, outlines community's core values, and identifies the top priorities the City will focus on over the next decade. It also includes an implementation timeline to help keep the City accountable and on track as we work toward long-term goals.
