Have fun learning Latin and Ballroom dances with instructor Chris Chu, who has taught group classes at Star Studio and private lessons at Lailai Studio.
In this class you will learn Latin danes like Rumba, Cha Cha, Salsa, Merengue, and Bachata, as well as Ballroom dances like the Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Swing, and more.
No partner needed, will do partner rotation during class.
Chair Volleyball

Get active while having fun. Join us for a friendly game of chair volleyball. Space is limited.
*Line Dance

This exciting class will teach you basic line dancing steps for: Western Cowboy or Country, Swing, and more. Enjoy line dancing, improve coordination, and enhance memory at the same time.
Low Impact Aerobics
Wednesday/Friday | 9 - 9:45 AM | $2 per class
Enjoy a combination of low impact, cardio, and strength training movements to help get your body moving an heart pumping. The instructor's high energy is sure to motivate you to keep coming back for more! Duarte Fitness Center members are FREE!

*Slow Flow Yoga
Thursday | 9 - 10 AM | Residents $36/Non-Residents $46 | 6-week session
In this beginner-friendly yoga course for seniors, we will practice breathing, alignment and mobility. Each session will include a sequence of breathing exercises, sun salutations, and exploring new poses.. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket/towel. No class 10/9/25
Table Tennis & Billiard Room
The Senior Center has 2 ping pong tables and a billiard table open during hours of operation, 9 AM - 2 PM. Beginning Ping Pong players are encouraged to come on Wednesays & Fridays from 10 - 11 AM to learn the basics.
*Tai Qi/Qi Gong
Monday and Friday | 9:30 - 10:30 AM| Residents $60/Non-Residents $70 | 8-week session
Strengthen and balance the body while calming the mind. Qi is said to come from the air we breathe and the foods we eat, so participants will be introduced to the concept of Food-BasedHealing and efficient breathing. With regular practice increase energy, immunity and metabolic function.
